Fairfield To See Showers And Warm Weather This Week

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Fairfield County will see a quick shot of showers and possible thunderstorms on Monday afternoon, but summer skies and warm temperatures should dominate the rest of the week.

Showers should move through the area on Monday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Chance of rain is 40 percent with highs around 73 degrees.

Showers could linger on Tuesday morning with a high of 67.

Sun will return on Wednesday and should stick around through Friday with highs around 80 degrees.

Expect sunny skies and temperatures in the high 70s over the holiday weekend.
