Fairfield To See Cool, Sunny Weekend

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- It's finally time to get outside and soak up the sun -- with a coat -- as clear skies with cool temperatures move into the area for the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

Friday Afternoon: Sunny, with a high near 36. Wind chill values between 25 and 30 degrees. Northwest wind 16 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.
Friday night: Clear, with a low around 16 degrees. Northwest wind 5 to 9 mph becoming calm after midnight.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 38 degrees. Wind chill values between 15 and 25 degrees. Light southwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 30 degrees. Wind chill values between 20 and 25 degrees. Southwest wind around 9 mph.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 51 degrees. Southwest wind 7 to 10 mph.
Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 40 degrees.
