FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Winter will throw one last round of snow at Fairfield County just as spring officially arrives.
Thursday will feature abundant sunshine, but wind-chill factors in the teens.
Snow will move into the area on Friday after 10 a.m. with up to 2 inches possible during the day. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent.
Warmer temperatures may prevent snow from sticking to roads in many areas, where the high could reach 35.
Snow will remain on Friday night before midnight. Another 2 inches of snow are possible before Saturday.
Sun will return for the first full day of spring on Saturday with highs around 44 degrees.
