Mother Charged In 5-Year-Old Son's Hot Car Death In Connecticut A 31-year-old mother who called police because she could not find her 5-year-old son has been charged with criminally negligent homicide. On May 3, around 2:28 p.m., Whitney Bosselman of the Village of Quaker Hill in the Town of Waterford called police reporting her 5-year-old son was missing from the family home, said Waterford Police Lt. Timothy Silva. Responding officers conducted a search inside and outside of the home and the surrounding property. After about nine minutes, officers located the child strapped in a car seat in the backseat of a Toyota Camry parked on the property.  The …
