Matthew Bromley, age 39, of Torrington, was shot and killed around 4:51 p.m., on Monday, June 7 at the law office of Cramer & Anderson at 46 West St., in the Town of Litchfield, said Connecticut State Police. The cause of death was determined to be a single gunshot wound to the head, state police said.
