Motor Scooter Driver, 22, Killed In Crash With SUV In Milford A 22-year-old man driving a motor scooter was killed after he was involved in a fatal crash with an SUV, police said. First responders from the Milford Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the intersection of Bridgeport Avenue and Boston Post Road at approximately 12 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25, where there was a report of a “serious” crash involving a scooter and SUV. Police said that the driver of the scooter, Milford resident Walter Kiernan, was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Milford Fire Department.
