A 19-year-old man has been charged with rioting after allegedly taking part in a violent street takeover in a Connecticut parking lot. The incident took place in New Haven County around 1:45 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 9 in the Stop & Shop parking lot on Bridgeport Avenue in Milford. A juvenile has been charged with attacking a police officer during an alleged street takeover in a Connecticut parking lot last year.
