Benjamin Bagley, age 22, of Bridgeport, was shot, ambush-style around 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 17, on Union Avenue, said the Bridgeport Police. When Bridgeport officers arrived on the scene they located Bagley suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at 100 Blackstone St. He later died at Bridgeport Hospital, police said. The incident took place around 10 p.m., Monday, July 29, in the 400 block of Union Avenue, said Terron Jones, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police.
