Former RTM Candidate Charged With Breach Of Peace, Interfering With Officer In Westport A political candidate who unsuccessfully ran for the Representative Town Meeting in Westport earlier this year was arrested for breach of peace and struggling with officers during a late-night incident in Fairfield County, police said.
