Victim Repeatedly Stabbed In Fairfield With Razor Blade-Style Knife, Police Say A Fairfield County man allegedly armed with a razor blade-style knife was charged with assault after he severely injured another person with the deadly weapon. The incident took place in Fairfield around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25 on Stillson Road at the intersection of Black Rock Turnpike. According to Fairfield Police Lt. Michael Paris, a police officer came upon two men engaged in a fight on Stillson Road. Duo Nabbed For Firing Gun From Vehicle In Fairfield, Police Say Two Fairfield County men have been arrested for allegedly firing gunshots out of a car while driving around the region.  John Blackwell, age 31, and Alston Powell, age 53, both of Bridgeport, were arrested by Fairfield Police after police responded to 911 calls of shots fired in the area of Fairfield Woods Road and Stillson Road. According to Lt. Family Of Four Struck By Vehicle Crossing Fairfield Roadway, Police Four members of a family were injured when they were hit by a vehicle while crossing a Fairfield County roadway. The incident took place in Fairfield around 1:10 p.m., Thursday, March 18, when police received several 911 calls about a group of pedestrians that were struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Black Rock Turnpike and Stillson Road.
