Former School Employees Charged In Weston Fuel Theft Two former Fairfield County school employees are out of a job and now face criminal charges for allegedly stealing fuel from an area district. Earlier this month, David Lustberg, the former transportation director for the Weston School District was fired for allegedly misappropriating fuel. A second employee, Rocco Popoli, who was a school grounds foreperson, was also busted in connection to the stolen fuel.
