A woman from Massachusetts has been arrested after she allegedly drove drunk and crashed on a Connecticut interstate with her 1-year-old child in the car. The Hartford County crash happened on Saturday, April 13 in the town of Southington, according to Connecticut State Police. Police in Connecticut are investigating after receiving numerous calls of an alleged kidnapping of a girl that turned out to be an assault. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 3 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 22 on Golden Street in Meriden. According to Lt. Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help identifying a man who allegedly stole nearly $1,000 in LEGOs from a Target. The incident took place in Hartford County on Saturday, Feb. 3 at the Target in Southington. According to the Southington Police Department, the man stole four sets of LEGOs valued at more than $800 and walked out of the store. Anyone able to identify the man is asked to contact Officer S. Litchfield County resident Brian Seholm, of Torrington, was charged on Thursday, Jan, 11, with the April 2023 death of Hartford County resident Dominick Francischelli, age 55, of Southington. It happened on Tuesday, Oct. 1 in the Hartford County town of Southington, according to Connecticut State Police. A man was struck and killed by a car while walking on a busy Connecticut roadway. The crash took place in Hartford County in Bristol just after midnight Thursday, July 14 on Middle Street. A Connecticut restaurant has closed. The owners of Sherman's Taphouse in Hartford County announced plans to close the Southington eatery in a Facebook post on Friday, July 1. The restaurant was located at 25 Center St. "We regret to inform you that this will be our last weekend in business," the announcement reads.
