Woman Busted At Norwalk Spa For Offering Prostitution Services, Police Say A woman has been charged with promoting prostitution at a busy Fairfield County spa. HongMin Wang, age 58, of Queens, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 18, by members of the Norwalk Police Special Services Division at the Healthy Spa at 99 New Canaan Ave.  An investigation into activities at the spa stemmed from numerous complaints about this location, said Sgt. Norwalk Man Busted Selling Drugs At Center For Pregnant Women, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested on narcotic-related charges for allegedly selling drugs out of a center for pregnant and parenting women. The incident took place in Norwalk on Wednesday, Oct. 25.
