The incident took place on Saturday, Jan. 22, at Robeks Smoothie Shop in Fairfield when James Iannazzo became upset and began throwing things when his son was hospitalized for a nut allergy after peanuts were added to his drink. Fairfield Man Charged In Smoothie Shop Incident Suspended From CFP Board A Fairfield County man who became known nationwide and was fired from his job at Merrill Lynch after a tirade at an area smoothie shop, has been suspended by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
