Town Of Fairfield Man Ordered To Pay Settlement After Tirade At Smoothie Shop A Fairfield County man who was sued by a smoothie job worker for throwing a drink at them in a tirade over the shop adding peanuts to a drink has been ordered to pay the employee. The incident took place on Saturday, Jan. 22, at Robeks Smoothie Shop in Fairfield when James Iannazzo became upset and began throwing things when his son was hospitalized for a nut allergy after peanuts were added to his drink. Fairfield Man Charged In Smoothie Shop Incident Suspended From CFP Board A Fairfield County man who became known nationwide and was fired from his job at Merrill Lynch after a tirade at an area smoothie shop, has been suspended by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. The CFP imposed an interim suspension on  Monday, Feb. 7, for James Iannazzo, age 48, of Fairfield, after a superior court judge banned him from the shop where the incident took place, according to the CFP.
