Lane, Ramp Closures To Affect Hutchinson River Parkway In Westchester: Here's Where A series of lane reductions and ramp closures are expected to slow traffic on a parkway in Westchester for several nights.  The lane reductions and closures will affect the Hutchinson River Parkway in Harrison and Scarsdale from Sunday, Sept. 24 through Thursday, Sept. 28  between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. each day. 3-Year Bridge Replacement Over I-95 To Snag Traffic In Westchester A three-year project to replace a bridge over I-95 in Westchester County will cause various delays and closures until it is completed.  The project, which will cost $31.8 million, will replace the 65-year-old North Avenue Bridge in New Rochelle that travels over I-95, according to the New York Thruway Authority.  The bridge is currently estimated to be used by an average of 20,000 drivers per day and connects North Avenue, Garden Street, and Burling Lane. Lane Closure Scheduled On Hutchinson River Parkway In Westchester County Lane closures have been scheduled on the Hutchinson River Parkway for several days to allow contracting crews to continue construction activities along the roadway in Westchester. Lengthy I-95 Bridge Work Starting A monthlong closure on an I-95 bridge in Connecticut has been announced by the Connecticut Department of Transportation. There will be evening lane closures on I-95 in both directions beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 11, through Friday, Oct. 11 in Milford. The crash occurred around 12:20 a.m. Tuesday near exit 43 in West Haven, when the last tractor-trailer did not slow down in time for construction, slamming into the small car, said state police.
