Man Charged With DUI After Fleeing Scene Of Milford Crash, Police Say The investigation into a hit-and-run crash over the weekend led to the arrest of a Connecticut man who allegedly attempted to flee the scene after striking another vehicle while drunk, police said. Officers from the Milford Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Rivercliff Drive at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, where there was a report of a crash.
