An initial investigation determined that an employee of the car wash was struck by a vehicle exiting the wash. Greenwich Police say they responded to Chase Bank on Post Road on a report of a man attempting to open a fraudulent account on Thursday, Aug. 15 around 2:15 p.m. Officers responded and searched the area, but they were unable to locate the suspect, police say. Moore, 37, of Shelton, was arrested on Tuesday for a series of burglaries in which the ATMs had been emptied of cash overnight dating back as far as August 2017, said Capt.
