New Details Released After NY Crash That Killed Sergeant, 53, Due To Retire In Months New details have been released after a longtime police officer and Hudson Valley resident was killed in a multi-vehicle Westchester crash. Yonkers Police Department Sgt. Frank Gualdino, a resident of Putnam County who lived in Mahopac, age 53, was due to retire in nine months. He leaves behind a wife and two children, ages 14 and 20. A visitation will be held Tuesday, Dec. 6, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, in Yonkers. State and local government officials are working to stem the number of shootings taking place in Fairfield County after shots were fired during a Little League game. The incident took place Saturday, May 15, during an East End game at Newfield Park in Bridgeport, said Scott Appleby, director of Emergency Management. The shots startled those playing and attending the game and sent players running for cover. Alert Issued For Missing Woman Who Could Be In Area A woman who has been missing for more than three years may be in the New York area, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. Brianna Jayde Vibert, 24, was last seen at a Marathon Gas Station in Flint Township, Michigan on Monday, July 17, 2017, according to authorities. She often went to the station to charge her phone or use the bathroom. Surveillance video from the gas station shows Vibert appearing anxious, even panicked, and she had blood on the inside of her right forearm.
