Monroe Town Attorney Dies Suddenly At Age 41 Monroe is mourning the loss of its Town Attorney who died unexpectedly earlier this week. Jeremy Hayden, 41, who was found dead at his home on Tuesday, Oct. 29, had been Monroe’s town attorney since he was appointed by First Selectman Ken Kellogg in December 2017. "I am deeply saddened by the sudden passing of our Town Attorney, Jeremy Hayden," said Kellogg. "My deepest sympathies to his family on this tragic loss. He will be greatly missed."
