Covid-19: Connecticut Sees Lowest Increase In Covid-19 Deaths Overnight Connecticut saw its smallest one-day novel coronavirus (COVID-19) death increase as hospitalizations continue to decrease.  Gov. Ned Lamont announced the good news late in the day Monday, June 15, but warned that now is not the time to let your guard down. "We still have a long way to go," the governor said during a press briefing. "Keep it going by wearing masks." Nationwide, the CDC listed the state in the top 10 in the country for decreases in the number of new cases.
