Teen Duo Nabbed For Armed Facebook Marketplace Robbery In Fairfield County, Police Say Two Fairfield County teens were charged with robbery for allegedly pointing a handgun at a woman they had met on Facebook Marketplace to sell a pair of Air Jordan sneakers. The incident occurred in Shelton around 9:45 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 29, on Perry Hill Road. According to Shelton Police Det. Christopher Nugent, the department received a 911 call from a woman who said she met the man and woman on the social media app and agreed to purchase the sneakers.
