NYC Man Charged In Fatal Greenwich Hotel Overdose Death A 43-year-old man previously charged in connection with a fatal overdose death at a Greenwich hotel has been extradited to Connecticut to face charges. Daniel T. Linfante of Queens was extradited to Greenwich on Tuesday, March 26, after being apprehended by the NYPD Fugitive Task Force, and charged with manslaughter for the death of another man on Sept. 29, 2018, said Greenwich Police Lt.
