Family Offers Reward In Search For Missing CT Woman The family of a missing 64-year-old woman has offered a reward that helps lead to the discovery of her location and a safe reunion. Ondine Frohberg, of Suffield, who has high-functioning cognitive disabilities and is a diabetic was last seen at approximately 1:25 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1 in the area of Route 190 west near the Route 5 overpass in Endfield.
