ID Released For Middle-Age Man Found Dead On Fairfield County Sidewalk Police have identified a middle-aged man who was found dead on a sidewalk in Fairfield County. James McClain, age 58, of Waterbury, was found around 11:48 p.m., Friday, March 19 after officers responded to the intersection of Norman Street and Railroad Avenue in Bridgeport on the report of an unresponsive party. Emergency personnel located McClain lying on the sidewalk at 34 Norman St., Bridgeport PD Capt. Kevin Gilleran said. He had sharp force injuries to his torso that resulted in his death, said Gilleran. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of…

The Stamford Police Department arrested Gary Greig, age 67, of Stamford on Thursday, March 11 for murder in the death of 50-year-old city resident Staci Magazzi, said Lt. Tom Scanlon. Greig has been in the custody of the Connecticut Department of Corrections for a firearm charge related to this same incident, Scanlon said. ID Released For Man Found Dead At Greenwich Point A man found dead at Greenwich Point has been identified by police. The body of Douglas Cram, 76, of Greenwich, was discovered late Monday, Dec. 30, at Greenwich Point. Cram’s car was found parked within the recreation area with its doors open during a rainstorm, Greenwich Police said.  Police checked the area and located Cram’s body a short distance away.  At this time there does not appear to be any foul play, police said. ID Released For 93-Year-Old Stamford Homicide Victim Police have identified a 93-year-old woman whose death has been ruled a homicide. Isabella Mehner was found dead at the bottom of a staircase leading into the basement of her Cove Road home in Stamford on Wednesday, Sept. 24, said Stamford Police Lt.
