Norwalk Man Busted With Cocaine Clenched In His Fist A Norwalk man was busted with a half-ounce of cocaine after members of the Stamford Police Department's Narcotics and Organized Crime Squad received intel he would be in town dropping off drugs.  Steven Castro, 28, was arrested Friday night after officers spotted him driving a Nissan Sentra and made a traffic stop, said Capt. Richard Conklin.
