Woman Charged With Manslaughter After Crash Kills Pedestrian
A 27-year-old woman has been charged with manslaughter after allegedly hitting and killing a man who was crossing a busy roadway in the area. The incident took place around 1:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 18, when police responded to the scene of the fatal crash in Bridgeport at 430 Barnum Ave., said Terron Jones, a spokesman for the Bridgeport Police.
