Fugitive, 45, Wanted For Larceny Nabbed In Fairfield County A Fairfield County woman is due to be extradited to Florida after being busted as a fugitive from justice while residing in Wilton, police announced on Monday. Officials from the Wilton Police Department announced that they were notified by the Pinnelis County Sheriff’s Office that Michelle Foley, 45, was a wanted fugitive in Florida stemming from larceny charges that were previously levied against her.
