Fairfield County resident Patrick Edward McCaughey III, age 25, of Ridgefield, was sentenced on Friday, April 14, to seven-and-a-half years in prison on nine offenses, said Matthew M. Graves, US Attorney for the District of Columbia. CT Cop Faces DUI, Reckless Driving Charges After Fellow Officer Is Killed In Crash A Connecticut police officer has been accused of driving drunk in a crash that killed a fellow officer.  New Haven Police Department Officer Robert Ferraro, age 34, is facing charges of driving under the influence resulting in death and reckless driving resulting in death or substantial bodily harm in the Las Vegas crash, The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
