Dead Infant Found In Bathtub Of Vacated CT Motel Room Police in Connecticut are investigating after a dead infant was found in the bathroom of a motel room that had been vacated. According to Milford Police, officers responded after the motel reported the cleaning staff had found the dead infant. 2 Pedestrians Hit, 1 Killed in CT, Driver Remains At Scene Two pedestrians were hit, and one was killed by a vehicle at a busy Connecticut intersection.  The crash occurred in Hartford County in Bristol around 4:15 a.m., Monday, June 24, in the area of Pine Street (Route 72) and Emmett Street. According to Lt. Patrick Krajewski of the Bristol Police, officers from the patrol division administered life-saving measures until EMS arrived on the scene to take over care. Man Rushed To Hospital After Nearly Drowning In Fairfield County A man was pulled from a popular lake after first responders in Fairfield County were dispatched for a report of a drowning. The incident took place in Brookfield around 5 p.m., Monday, Aug. 16, when Brookfield Fire and EMS were dispatched to Blueberry Island for a reported drowning on Candlewood Lake, the department said.
