Fairfield County Man Sentenced For Trafficking Narcotics A 62-year-old Fairfield County man has been sentenced to 36 months in prison for trafficking narcotics. Kevin Lucas, also known as "Dutch," of Bridgeport, was sentenced on Wednesday, Jan. 19, said Leonard C Boyle, US Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
