A popular Fairfield County restaurant has closed for at least the next two weeks after a customer tested positive for COVID-19. Kevin Conroy, the owner of Rowayton Seafood Fish Market in Norwalk made the announcement on Facebook on Sunday, March 15, saying their attempt at social distancing just didn't work and he was concerned for the safety of his customers and employees alike.
