Three From Bridgeport Face Drug Charges In Milford Three Bridgeport residents face drug charges after being nabbed by Milford Police in two separate arrests. Richard Smith, 31, was arrested Monday, July 9  on three warrants for drug sales in August 2017 following an investigation by the Milford Police Department's Tactical Unit, as well as the Bridgeport DEA Office, the department said. The investigation found that Smith was selling narcotics within Milford and surrounding towns, police said.
