Police Intercept Heroin Delivery In Stamford
Members of the Stamford Police Department's Narcotics and Organized Crime Squad intercepted a city man as he made a heroin delivery in town. Squad members arrested Justine Riviera, 31, around 9 p.m. Wednesday, after receiving intel that he would be bringing drugs to the area, said Capt. Richard Conklin. Police set-up a watch of the area he was expected and were able to grab him on Canal Street near Ludlow Street when he pulled up in his white Jeep, Conklin said.
