Road Closures Scheduled In Ridgefield During Ex-Chief's Funeral With services scheduled for Ridgefield Police Chief John Roche on Friday, there will be road closures and delays for the funeral procession as it travels through town. Less than a week into his retirement following nearly four decades servicing the community, the former chief died last week. No cause of death has been released.
