Stamford Man Busted With 40 Pounds Of Pot Pleads Guilty To Federal Charge STAMFORD, Conn. — A 36-year-old Stamford man busted with nearly 40 pounds of pot last summer pleaded guilty Friday to a federal marijuana-trafficking offense, prosecutors said. William Reyes, also known as “Big Head,” made his plea before U.S. District Judge Janet Bond Arterton in New Haven to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana.
