Roadside Herbicide Spraying Starts On I-95, I-84, Other State Roadways The Department of Transportation will conduct a roadside herbicide spraying program from June 1 through Aug. 31 along Interstates 84, 91, 95, 384, 395, 691 and all other divided highways and secondary roads in accordance with the department’s Vegetation Management Guidelines.
