Teen In Car Stolen From Milford Nabbed After Ramming It Into Officer's Cruiser: Police Three teenagers who led authorities in New York on pursuits in two cars stolen from Connecticut and Rhode Island and injured an officer in the process face a heap of criminal charges, police announced. The incident leading up to the arrests began in Westchester County on Thursday, Feb. 15 around 2:20 p.m., when police learned that two stolen cars were traveling together on southbound Interstate 684.
