Driver Who Fled After McDonald's Drive-Thru Crash Under Influence, Police Say An area man who almost hit a police officer after fleeing from a crash in a McDonald's parking lot was arrested for alleged DUI.  Robert Sutton, 45, of Stratford was arrested around 12:42 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, after Milford Police responded to a report of a crash in the drive-thru lane of the McDonald's at 439 Bridgeport Avenue, said Milford Police. When officers arrived on the scene Sutton was still in the parking lot, but seeing officers attempted to leave, almost striking an officer. Teens 'Actively Going Through Vehicles' In Parking Lot Caught After Foot Chase, Search A pair of teens, including one from Fairfield County, who police observed going through vehicles in an area parking lot were taken into custody after attempting to flee from officers, Milford Police said. The arrests were made overnight at Mariners Walk near East Broadway in Milford.
