Bridgeport Man Charged After 4-Hour Crime Spree Robbing Multiple Women, Sexually Assaulting 1 A Fairfield County man has been charged after allegedly attacking and robbing multiple women over four hours. Cecil Mills, age 35, of Bridgeport, was arrested around 11:30 a.m., on Saturday, Feb. 24 after a vehicle pursuit, crash, and foot chase that ended near the intersection of North Avenue and Madison Avenue. According to Det. Detective Jeffrey Holtz of the Bridgeport Police, the victims all report being followed by what turned out to be a stolen Toyota Camry, before being robbed and assaulted.  Mills was charged with sexually assaulting one of the three women he allegedly robbed.…

Hartford County resident James Dina, of South Windsor, turned himself in to police on Wednesday, Dec. 13 on an active arrest warrant. Dina's charges stem from a Friday, Nov. 17 incident in which he negligently shot another hunter and lied about it to police during an investigation, said Sgt. The incident took place around 10:15 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 8 in Waterbury.
