According to multiple reports, the CDC is expected to announce a change in its guidance regarding masks, allowing most Americans to ditch their facial coverings indoors. An indoor mask mandate is being put back in effect in Connecticut’s second-largest city. With the number of COVID-19 cases surging, and variants on the rise, Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons announced that she will be implementing a city-wide indoor mask mandate. A new Connecticut town has reinstated its indoor mask mandate after a resident tested positive for the COVID-19 variant, Omicron. 19: CT Bar To Require Guests To Show Proof Of Vaccination Or Negative Test
A Connecticut bar has announced a new rule requiring guests to show either proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test result for entry. BAR New Haven made the announcement on Monday, Aug. 9. The bar said beginning Friday, Aug. 13, the new requirement will go into effect.
