The incident occurred in Hartford County around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, at the Strawbridge Condominium Complex, on Mill Pond Drive in South Windsor. Suspect Nabbed In Armed Robberies At Drive-Up ATM Machine, Thai Restaurant A man wanted for two armed robberies at an ATM machine and a Thai restaurant was nabbed following an investigation. Tasmine Shannonhouse, 25, of Hamden, was arrested by the Milford Police Department for the two separate robberies with a firearm that occurred on Oct. 8, Oct. 10, in the downtown Milford area, said Milford Police spokesman Officer Joseph Dempsey.
