New York State Police initiated a traffic stop on I-287 in the city of Rye for a violation on Saturday, Nov. 16 around 4:35 a.m. The driver, identified as Fernando Reynoso, of Stamford, was found to be intoxicated, police say. Reynoso was arrested, transported and processed at SP New Rochelle, where police say his BAC was tested at .19. One lane of I-95 northbound and I-287 eastbound will close Friday, Sept. 6 at 10 p.m. until Monday, Sept. 9 at 6 a.m. as road crews install precast pavement slabs as part of the “Last Mile” infrastructure project.
