Pair Caught After Fleeing Area Walmart With Stolen Items A pair were busted by police in Fairfield County over the weekend after allegedly shoplifting from a Walmart before becoming combative with a loss prevention officer. Police said that Danbury residents Delton Rogers, 22, and Luis Torres, 26, were arrested on Saturday, Aug. 18 for shoplifting at Walmart on Newtown Road after they were spotted entering and stealing merchandise from the store without paying.
