Eul Lee, 64, from Fort Lee, New Jersey, was killed during a boating accident in Long Island Sound on Sunday, Nov. 3, said the  Department of Energy and Environmental Protection State Environmental Conservation Police. Greenwich Police say they responded to Chase Bank on Post Road on a report of a man attempting to open a fraudulent account on Thursday, Aug. 15 around 2:15 p.m. Officers responded and searched the area, but they were unable to locate the suspect, police say.
