New Restaurant Serves Up Mix Of Italian, Mediterranean Dishes On Fairfield Avenue A new restaurant in the area will be holding its grand opening this week. Forza Ristorante, located at 3171 Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, serves an array of authentic Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The eatery was opened by chef Eric Sierra, who started his first restaurant in Westport in 1994 called “Le Bistro des Amis.” Sierra is also known for his role as the original owner of El Palio in Shelton.
