ID Released For 20-Year-Old Fairfield County Man Killed In Shooting Police have released the identity of a Fairfield County man killed in what police are calling an alleged drug deal gone wrong. Johnny Class, age 20, of Stratford, was killed in New Haven County in Ansonia on Tuesday, April 5, on Hubbell Avenue near Sixth Street. The shooting took place “during an attempted drug purchase” Ansonia police said at the time of the crime. Teen Whose Punch Led To Fairfield County Death Pleads Guilty A teenager who delivered the fatal blow that led to the death of Gabe Bardo last year during a drug deal pleaded guilty to manslaughter. Lorenzo Santana, 17, accepted a plea deal Monday from prosecutors, confirmed Prosecutor Deborah Mabbett. “He demanded marijuana from Gabe and struck him in the head,” Mabbett told the court. “Gabe laid down on the ground and never regained consciousness. Third Man Arrested In Fairfield County Drug Deal Gone Bad Murder A third person has been arrested in the 2016 murder of a Bridgeport man shot twice in the head during a drug deal gone bad.  Tyreik Gantt, 20, of 143 Connecticut Ave., Stamford, was arrested Friday for his role in the killing of Shane Slinsky, said Av Harris, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police Department. Slinsky was shot twice in the head on Aug. 27, 2016, on Wood Terrace in Bridgeport, during a drug deal gone bad, police said. Suspect Nabbed For 2016 Murder In Fairfield County Drug Deal Gone Bad Bridgeport police arrested a juvenile for his role in the 2016 murder of teenager Shane Slinsky, according to Av Harris, the Bridgeport police spokesman. The unidentified Stamford juvenile was charged with felony murder, murder, conspiracy to commit robbery, larceny and carrying a pistol without a permit, Harris said. He is being held on $1 million bond. “An additional arrest is expected shortly,” Harris added.
