Westport Man Nabbed After Striking Another Driver In Greenwich Road-Rage Incident, Police Say A man wanted in connection with a reported Greenwich road-rage incident in July was nabbed while receiving treatment at an area hospital. Steven Lepkowski, 27, of Westport, was arrested Saturday at Stamford Hospital on an active warrant for the July incident, said the Greenwich Police.
