Barbershop Owner Faces Drug Charge In Stamford A barbershop owner was arrested after police officers saw a bag of cocaine fall out of his pocket while locking his business, Stamford Police said.  The incident took place around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, when Officers Jamie Torres and Matthew Pompa decided to do some “old fashioned” police work, said Stamford Police Lt. Michael Noto. "They got out of their patrol cars and starting walking some neighborhoods in the City’s West Side," Noto said.  At one point they found themselves on Richmond Hill Avenue, where they saw a man leaving the Cut Masters Barber Shop at 91 Richmond Hill Ave.…
