Do you know her? Investigators from the Shelton Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a woman who allegedly stole a purse and used a credit card that was inside. On Friday, Nov. 16, investigators said that a purse was stolen from the Outback Steak House in Shelton. Following the report of the stolen purse, a credit card that was taken from the purse was used in the area. Do you know any of them? Police in Connecticut are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate several suspects who allegedly broke into several vehicles in the area. The Milford Police Department released surveillance photos of three suspects - two men and a woman - who allegedly broke into several vehicles, stole credit cards and went on to use them at several local stores. Quick work by police led to the arrest of a juvenile and another man following the theft of a stolen vehicle and property from earlier thefts. When a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe was stolen on Tuesday on Midland Avenue in Stamford, Officer Richard Vetter of the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Property Crimes Unit developed information that the suspect was a Stamford juvenile he knew from past incidents, said Stamford Police Lt. Two Women Nabbed In Norwalk Vehicle Burglary Spree
Two women have been busted in connection with a series of vehicle burglaries that took place in June. Norwalk Detectives investigated four motor vehicle burglaries that occurred in the parking garage at 770 Connecticut Ave., during June, said Norwalk Police Lt.Terry Blake. Two Teens Nabbed For Car Break-Ins, Thefts In Fairfield County
Two teenagers were busted after allegedly attempting to break into a car in Fairfield County. Members of the Danbury Police Department were dispatched to Ryders Lane at approximately 7:35 a.m. on Thursday morning, where there was a report of two men attempting to enter parked cars in the area. Officers were able to eventually track down two 17-year-old suspects, who were taken into custody. Know Him? Police Seek To ID Suspect In Fairfield County Credit Card Theft
The Stratford Police Dept. is attempting to identify a man who is suspected of stealing credit cards from a vehicle in the Paradise Green area, according to Stratford Police. The man allegedly stole the cards and has been using them at different establishments in town, said Capt. Frank Eannotti. Shelton police are asking the public for help identifying a woman who stole the purse of an 86-year-old woman and then used her credit card to go shopping. A Greenwich mail carrier was arrested Tuesday and charged with the theft of gift cards from the mail. Ismail Laksabi, 43, of Springdale Court, Norwalk, was arrested following a three-month investigation by the U.S. Postal Service, the State Financial Crimes Task Force and Greenwich police. MONROE, Conn. -- A juvenile has been charged with stealing credit cards from a car at a Monroe home, where another car was also stolen, according to police.
