ID Released For Construction Worker Killed In Norwalk Fall A construction worker who fell to his death while working during the early morning hours on the SoNo Collection in Norwalk has been identified. Lorgio Jimenez-Suarez, 52, of Astoria, fell around 2:39 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the new shopping area located at 100 North Water Street, said Lt. Terry Blake with the Norwalk Police Department.
